Scan to Spreadsheet App Reviews

Does a nice job!

I used it to inventory projectors at a school. Worked very nice and was able to scan 30 out of 33 units.

Scan to SS

This is a nice little app. Needs print function built in and will be almost complete!

Great app - except for the penis icon

App works great for what it is - only problem is that the line drawing of the handheld scanner looks a lot like a penis - developers please change this!

Great app. Responsive support.

App does exactly as advertised. Support is quick and helpful. App is flexible (user-generated filenames; several, variable functions for each field; multiple fields available per record; 4 email/save-to-phone capabilities; easy-open in Excel; etc.). Developer has provided excellent YouTube tutorial (also on their website). I watched, starting and stopping the video as I followed along on my iPhone. Now the apps extensive functionality is clear and obvious. Video was more than well worth taking the time to view. The app will save me time and increase accuracy of my data. Well worth the small amount to purchase.

Pretty darn good

Just what I was looking for. Scans barcodes, puts it in a simple spreadsheet that I email to myself at the end of the day. I use Siri to voice input the location make and model of items of the office isnt too loud. The only weakness is the really small barcodes on some devices. The iPhone camera cant focus close enough and it will have to be keyed in manually. Light activation from within the app is nice for when Im in the shadows under a desk. Great app. I love it.

5 Stars for 1 Reason!

Let’s face it, most of us probably don’t need a barcode reader everyday and if we do, we want something more robust and accurate than an iPhone camera. However, for the rest of us who have the occasional need to scan a bunch of barcodes whether it be for accuracy or a repetitive task, something like this gets the job done. It was, by far, more than worth the $3 that I paid to avoid having to hand-type everything. I had to list 50 serial numbers, all on tiny-print barcode labels. Would’ve taken an hour plus accuracy issues. This app let me scan all of them in about 5 minutes. The app has a few quirks but to be honest I don’t remember them. I started a new file, scanned the barcodes and emailed myself the csv file and was done. There was a lot of extra junk in the cvs that I didn’t care about but just deleted those columns from the spreadsheet. Simple as that.

Problem with the latest update

I work as sales and inventory manager for Apple Store and Ive been using this app for a while for weekly count, but after the latest update every time I scan an item it wont let me to move to next page, the keyboard keep disappearing from my iPhone iPod, and iPad, need to be fixed very bad update of all time. On the current version its literally the worst app u can get for your business. Dont west your money until the current version is updated. It will drive you crazy. The worst experience ever, 0 star if possible

Great App, does just what you would think

Well worth the 3 bucks. Does just what you would think it does. I use it almost every day. The scanner is very accurate. I use it all the time to pinpoint barcodes between other barcodes.

Straight forward data entry....templates a great feature

It is workings well. Purchase on reviews and description. To the developer.... An update that includes the name of the current file youre entering on would be good.

Inaccurate and a waste of money

Im not sure why this app has great reviews - I scanned 130+ books. About 12 were accurate. While it was easy to scan and export to excel, whats the point if it cant accurately capture the barcode?
