Great support from developer

Working on a project that requires me to collect serial numbers and other info from 2500 pieces of Cisco equipment. Looked into traditional barcode scanning systems and after seeing what some of those cost I tried scan to SS. I ran into an issue with long fedex return label tracking numbers when I opened the file in Excel. Sent an email to support and had a reply back within hours. Emailed back and forth a couple more times and the issue was with Excel not the app. Very happy I found this app. Feature request: select whether or not to include time stamp in export, select rows to export.
